No summer school tomorrow, Tuesday, May 20th. There has been some damage to the roof from the storm.
Dahlonegah Summer school is going to dismiss at 1:00 pm due to the incoming weather. The buses will be leaving at 1:00 pm.

Movie Day Agenda Friday, May 16th. (Minecraft)
Those going are T-1 through 8th grade
Leave school at 9:30am
Arrive at the movie at 10:30, in SIloam, get popcorn and a Starry drink (sprite)
included with their ticket.
Concession will be open if they want to purchase something else. The
Movie will start at 11:00
The movie lasts 1 hour and 41 minutes.
Drive back and hopefully arrive at 2:00pm.
The activity bus with students from the Drillers Game should return at 3:03 as of right now.
The students that are at the Drillers Game will be late. They are getting ready to load up in about 10 minutes and head this way. I will post their ETA as soon as we find out!
We will go ahead and send the students that are here home then they will take the older ones home when they return. I will keep you posted!

For Parents of those going to the Drillers Game:
We plan to leave tomorrow morning at 9:00ish. Those that are going need to eat breakfast as soon as they get to school or grab it to go. Game time is 11:00. They are going to try to be back by 2:00 if they run late we will post times.
Also, Drillers is a cashless venue. Their ticket includes lunch which is hot dog, chips and drink. So, they shouldn't need money.

We will be leaving on the 8th grade class trip on Thursday, May 15th at 5:30am. Please report to the gym lobby.
Reminder: We must have everyone's permission slips turned in. The 4-8th grades will be going to the Drillers game on Wednesday, May 14th, so we will need everyone's permission slips or they won't be able to go. Game time is 11:00 am. Students may be late getting back to school. We will keep you posted on their arrival times. Thank you so much!

We celebrated our Cultural Day on this very busy last week of school! With so much going on it was nice to slow down and enjoy the activities. Students made pinch pots, listened to stories, made beaded necklaces and copper designs. At the end of the day, the students enjoyed participating in a dance. We had a lot of fun and learned some cultural things as well. More pictures to come.

She also got an extra recess for being so patient while every 3rd-8th grader painted her! She's a trooper 😊
