Updating Student Information

    Dahlonegah School has been updating your child’s Student Information Folder and processing enrollment forms.  The school will be sending home a form to show parents what documents we need to complete your child’s folder.  Please notify the school office if you have change in phone number or address. Some of the other documents needed are Birth Certificats, Social Security Cards, CDIB Cards, Blue Tribal Cards and Sooner Care Cards. Please check your child’s backpack for the note concerning his or her Information Folder.
